Cancellation and Returns
Where applicable, customers may request cancellation within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in original condition. This does not affect statutory rights.

Refund Processing Time
After returned goods are received and checked, approved refunds are generally processed within 14 business days through the original payment route where possible.
